4-6 orange bell peppers (large enough to stuff)
1lb sausage (jimmy dean hot)
8 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
Cheese of your choice (we use mozerella and provolone)

brown the sausge, mix with crumbled bacon and cheese and stuff inside the pepper. Top off with cheese.

Cook at 350 for 30 minutes in a covered dish, then un cover and cook another 10-15 minutes - until cheese is melted and starts to brown on top.

These are even good left over the next morning for breakfast - or you can make up the night before and cook in the morning.
