More pending OSU charges
Oklahoma State football Jeremy Broadway and former players Calvin Mickens and Marcus Brown also have cases pending against them in Payne County.
The three were charged in early December on drug charges stemming from an incident in November, the week before the Kansas game. Mickens and Brown were dismissed from the team. Brown has a court date on Jan. 30 for his charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana within 1,000 feet of a university and Mickens, charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, had a bench warrant issued earlier this month for failure to appear.
Broadway, who has a preliminary hearing scheduled for Feb. 4, is still on the team but did not play in OSU's last three regular season games or the Insight Bowl.
