I don't know if anyone on this site had an annual subscription to the MVP service, but I did, and as I posted a while back, I ran into a bit of a problem in that I still had half a year of prepaid MVP left, but the new OSUTube service didn't have that information.
I dropped a note to Mike Holder a week or two ago, and got a quick personal response from him saying the problem was being addressed, and today I got a very nice phone call from the OSU Posse, letting me know that they're aware of the problem and are going to arrange a "free trial period" with OSUTube to offset the remaining MVP time I had.
This is what makes OSU special--that there are actual caring human beings there who will personally reach out to help you with a problem. I saw it when I was a student myself, and more recently, that caring, personal attention you get from OSU bowled my kids over while they were there as students. It was completely unlike any experience they'd ever had with our California institutions!
I love to see OSU grow, but I hope it never gets so big that it loses that wonderful personal touch. Thank you, Mr. Holder and OSU Posse.
