I can't believe how smart I get with a grill and 5 or 9/11 beers! Try these:

Corn on the cob - Butter, 1 clove of minced garlic, Chipolte BBQ Sauce from some high-falutin' Austin joint. De-silk the corn w/o removing the husks, put foil on bottom, re-wrap corn, leaving room for "butter pour" at top. Pour butter mix into corn, seal and cook on grill until done. Peel husks, eat.

Grilled onions - 1015 Tejas onions sliced 1/4 inch thick, Country Crock-Light
to counter the butter above :officechair:, on both sides; lightly sprinkle w/Tony Cachere's( sp) Creole Seasoning (salty, go LIGHT). Grill until tender.
