The Clippers organization is so poorly run, they might not even draft him.

I can't think of a better oganization for Blake to go to.
The Clippers are the worst franchise in all of sports.
We'll never hear from him again!

I was hopeful that he would make it to OKC, also. It would have been good for OKC to have at least one Oklahoman on the team with those Texans.

Being on the same team with Kevin Durant would have made for an interesting team next season.
I wonder if the Clippers would trade their pick?

Keep in mind most of us live in OK and I don't think it has crossed anybody in the local media's mind that he could be anything other than the first pick.

nationally is what they said on ESPN, and also on the local affiliates.
It is either,
Blake Griffin
Ricky Ramos-Point Guard from Spain
Haseem Thabeet the 7'3 center from UCONN
I'd say it is likely Blakenstein

Ricky Rubio, LP...
And nationally, everyone is saying Blake will be the number 1 pick...hell, they interviewed him last night after the Clips won the draft lottery to ask what he thought of playing for the Clips...I thought he did a good job of avoiding the question...

I honestly do not think he will make a good pro. The NBA is full of 6'9" guys that can dunk. I could be wrong, we'll see.

At least with Clipper games his parents won't be on TV every 5 minutes.

Yep with Flake going to the clippers, now I'll have to watch "Married with children" reruns to be reminded of his mom. And as far as having an Oklahoman on the team with all those Texans, seems like D-mase is a member of the Thunder still, and an unlike the hanging mouthpiece model, an Oklahoman we can be proud of. Again, now the media hype/biased love for this overrated goon, can slowly die,as can the camera time for mommy and daddy, and all else tied to Flake. Thanks again LA.

Clippers entertaining offers for top pick

NBA sources continue to indicate that the Los Angeles Clippers are entertaining offers for the No. 1 pick. Despite their initial comments made on draft night about having already decided to pick Blake Griffin, they are keeping all their options open for now. "From what I understand, they didn't want to sound uncertain on draft night, since that's a typical Clippers reaction. This is a very important time for them in terms of season ticket renewals, which is why they had that kneejerk reaction."
