STILLWATER -- Oklahoma State basketball coach Sean Sutton said he thinks freshman guard James Anderson will be healthy enough to play in a Saturday road game at Iowa State.

Anderson, OSU's leading scorer, injured an ankle with 12:27 remaining in a Tuesday road loss at Baylor. He did not return and hobbled off the court at game's end.

Anderson's ankle was X-rayed after he returned to Stillwater.

"From what (trainer) Jason Miller said, James just twisted it and hopefully he will be able to practice a little bit tomorrow and a little bit more on Friday and be ready to go on Saturday."

Whew. Now that is good news, indeed.

Yes indeed it is.

The game was tied when he left Tuesday night. If he's even close to 100%, I think the Pokes will win on Saturday at ISU (disagreeing with several on the board).
