I don't think the State does, but I remember a while back that the Tulsa World had an OK public employee salary database on their website.

The state of Oklahoma enacted the Taxpayer Transparency Act in 2007. This Act required the development of a website that provides information on all state expenditures, incentive payments and tax credits. This website is www.openbooks.ok.gov. For each state agency you can find payroll information (which includes monthly salary, overtime pay, longevity pay, etc.) which goes back several months and payments made to vendors.

That doesn't include payroll. I was surprised exactly how much my wife makes.

I was under the impression that the salaries of any state or federal employee qualify as "open record", so even if Oklahoma doesn't have a convenient website like Texas', you could still request that information.

The payroll information is there. First go to the individual's agency. Then select payroll.
