Soft delete

How can I change from soft delete to just delete and/or how can I erase those soft deleted messages? When I try to go to "Go Advanced", it never gets loaded.

When I click on it, I can see the option to delete the post, but that might be b/c I'm looking as admin.

When I clicked on "Go Advanced", it pulled up "Post New Visitor Message".
