We have lbs. & lbs. of left over Turkey from Christmas. Can someone suggest what to do with leftover Turkey? With all the Turkey meals we have after Thanksgiving and Christmas, I would like to know any recipe especially one that doesn't taste like Turkey.

After Thanksgiving my husband made a turkey soup with bacon that was really good. Had turkey, bacon, bag of frozen mixed veggies, and some spices.

We also made toasted bacon, turkey, and provolone sandwhiches.

Does anyone else agree this really needs to be an Iron Chef battle "Leftover Turkey Battle"

You can always freeze some. We like to use the food processor and chop it down fine and add some mayonnaise to the mix for a great sandwich meat. A slice of onion and tomato and you have a good lunch.

Firecrackers or a BB Gun.

Preferably a Red Rider. At least you'll have target practice.

Take the carcass and put it in the drive-way and sit on it. Say you just shat a turkey and take pics.

Just thinking.

How much did you drink before typing that? It's funny to see what someone is thinking at 2:00 in the morning.

I usually hide behind a bush and throw turkey at the sooner fans driving by. Leftover cranberry sauce is fun too! ;)

Chicken (Turkey) Spaghetti:

8 oz. cooked spaghetti (broken 1/3's)
3/4-1 cooked chopped chicken
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1/2 C. onion, chopped
1/2 C. celery, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 can drained mushrooms, sliced
1/3 C. stuffed green olives, chopped
1/3 C. ripe olives, chopped
1 1/2 C. chicken broth
1/2 lb. Velvetta Cheese

Saute onion, gr. pepper, celery & garlic in olive oil. Add mushrooms, olives, chicken (turkey) broth, and cheese. Heat until cheese melts, add spaghetti.

Bake at 350 in casserole dish (9x13ish) for 30 min. (15 covered, 15 "un") until bubbly.

This also freezes well.
