This is one of my favorite appetizers at the German Restaurants.

1 Package thin sliced smoked Salmon
1 Package Cream Cheese

1 red onion finely chopped
Capers
Thin Toast crackers

Heat the cream cheese in a small bowl so it is easy to spoon out. For each piece of salmon approx 2"x2" use a dab of cream cheese, a piece of onion and one caper, roll up and place on an equal sized piece of cracker.

Easy, and wonderful, the flavors are made for each other!
