between games help or hinder a football team? I say the latter. It's got to be tough to keep the intensity up for that long a period of time.

It might slow the "team" down for a quarter or so... but these guys have played enough where it should not adversely affect them in the long haul.

The benefit is that the coaches get a head start at working directly with the kids that reshirted.

I think overall, it is net positive for the "team".
