1 (2lb.) loaf Velveeta cheese (not low-fat)
1 qt. mayonnaise (real, not light)
3 onions*
1 (15oz.) can whole pickled jalapenos (seeded)
4 cloves garlic
*This should be reduced to two, if the onions are really strong.
In food processor, grate cheese; chop peppers, onions, and mince garlic. Using mixer, combine all ingredients.
Will keep for months in the refrigerator (use glass containers).
