My Top-15 would be....

1 Texas Tech, 10 0 - Wins over Texas, Okla St
2 Alabama, 10 0 - Win over Georgia
3 Texas, 9 1 - Win over Oklahoma
4 Florida, 9 1 - Win over Georgia
5 USC, 8 1 - Win over Ohio State
6 Penn St, 9 1 - Win over Ohio State
7 Oklahoma, 9 1 - TCU is best win, not as good today.
8 Utah, 10 0 - TCU is best win.
9 Okla St, 8 2 - Win @Missou, 2 Top-5 losses.
10 Ohio St, 8 2 - Win @Mich State
11 Georgia, 8 2 - Win @LSU
12 Boise St, 9 0 - Win @Oregon
13 Mich St, 8 2 - Northwestern is best win.
14 Florida St, 7 2 - Win over Miami Florida
15 N. Carolina, 7 2 - Win over Miami Florida

Notes:
- OU really has nothing to tout over teams like USC, Penn St or Florida in the win column. All those teams have a more "quality" win than does Oklahoma.
- I have Missouri all the way down at #18. At this point, their win @Nebraska would be their most "quality" win which really isn't saying that much.
- I know Ball State is undefeated, but they've beaten NOBODY of substance. I have them at #17.

Here is one of the computer rankings the BCS uses. We're #9. You can ususally take the rankings and subtract them to get the point spread. It doesn't always work but is usually close. Usiing that theory, Tech should be giving 1 against OU. We should be giving 15 against Colorado.
