Looks to me like they're operating under the mistaken assumption that uo wins in Stillwater.

Rediculous in my opinion. That senario assumes we lose to both Tech and uo.
It assumes Mizzou goes to the Holiday with at least 3 loses. Even if we lost two more games, our record would be no worse that Mizzou, we beat them, we will out travel them. No way Mizzou gets selected ahead of us. Besides......we aren't going to get beat by Tech and uo.

The Holiday Bowl would probably want the Big 12 North Champion with Mizzou rather than the 4th place Big 12 South team which is what OSU would be in the Rivals scenario. OSU beating Mizzou 8 weeks before bowl selection starts would not factor in much.

Not to mention if it were to play out the way Rivals is predicting, it would mean that OSU loses 3 out of their last 5 while Mizzou is coming off a Conference Championship game and before that probably a 5 game win streak.

Well according to published reports the Holiday bowl wants us bad and will be picking us if they have an opportunity. It works great for them as it the twenty year anniversary for our last trip there (Sanders, Gundy, Dykes). If its us or Mizzou I say we go...
