Pretty much the same thing we had for thanks giving.
Ham, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beancasserole. the usual suspects =]
We haven't eaten yet, but we're having baked penne, italian sausages, garlic bread and spinach salad. And tiramisu for dessert.
(No, we aren't Italian. We just can't face turkey again so quickly after Thanksgiving.)
So Michelle, how many people did you feed? 100? How the heck did you find the energy to make that feast? You rock.

Verb, i fed eight people. I made plenty so the kids would have leftovers to take home. It went pretty smooth actually! I still haven't had time to get much sleep, that is until today. Ryan and Kristel left for her parents house at 7 this morning, so i spent most of the afternoon dozing on and off on the couch here in the den. It was niiiiice! I'd like to sleep for about a week..solid!
Your dinner sounds amazing!

Turduken - YUCK!!! Gramps is Cajun so we did that one year for him and nobody liked it but Gramps.
This year was turkey, ham, mashed taters, veggies, gravy, sweet tater casserole, dressing, cranberries, and cherry cream pie

we do breakfast christmas morning instead of dinner, so sausage souffle, homemade rolls, cinnamon rolls and this fruit salad/jello thing we have every year.
pretty yummy.

Let's see...we had:
Fried Turkey
Honey Baked Ham
Noodles in Broth
Mashed Potatoes
Apples (some kind of deal where they have red hots and something else simmered to make them awesome)
Stuffing
Brussel Sprouts (didn't eat any of those)
Dinner Rolls
Then for desert:
Chocolate Angel Cake
Chocolate Chess Pie
Chess Pie
Pecan Pie
Frozen Custard Turtle Pie
and various other sweets...
We had 12 people there, so we had two 10-lb. turkeys and fried both...the turkey was delicious....

See TopDaug, you obviously are a man of intelligence. You really should have been a Cowboy.
