Two issues that make me disappointed

Two things that makes me want to vent a little...


1. at OSU- Raising ticket prices is one thing... I understand that they need money for maintance, building of projects...etc.... but the new deal they have going is just pathetic... My best friend from college and his father- in-law go to every home and some road games... The father law has had season tickets to OSU since the 50's (missing games only to go off to the war)... and he gets a letter saying this year all the donors are being cleared and everyone has to start over from scratch so they have to re-donate to get points back... all those years of being a donor and a LOYAL family member to OSU have been washed away... .I AM THE BIGGEST OSU Fan and am proud of my university ... but shame on whoever made this decision...

OSU is built on family and keeping almuni close... this is really a shame... OSU has put money before fans... by the way ..for the first time in 50 years... he will not buy season tickets... good job OSU


2. It is CHRISTmas ... not good holiday...not winter season... it is to celebrate Jesus birth and the joy of family... these people who try and get God thrown out of all mentioning.. please stop ... that is what is wrong with society as it is... God has left and been replace by violence and drugs... Good job politicans who care more about being politically correct than doing what is right... SORRY I know this has nothing to do with OSU but it is the season and I needed to vent.

1) this is an old issue and has been hashed to death. It is not an issue. They are widening the seats from 14 to 18 inches, so people need to move around. There were open seats in the donor areas to begin with and everybody that wanted to upgrade has already done it with Suites and Club seats. There really should be only minimal impact to all fans.


2) I don't like Hilary either.

On those lines, I get mad when people are offended by the term "X-Mas" because they thing the "X" takes the "Christ" out of "Christmas."

In reality, "X" is the Greek character for "Chi", which would phonetically be used as the first letter in "Christ".

Well, that's not exactly what the letter I received said....

What my letter said was that they would clear all the current seating and then reseat based on Posse points. The points that we have accrued up to this point would be part of the equation in determining where your new seats would be located. If you want to IMPROVE your position in the reseating, then you can contribute more funds currently. Otherwise, you will get seated based on your historical position based on your Posse points.

So, nobody will have to "re-donate" to get their points back. As I understand the process, everyone will get 100% credit for any points you have from the past.
