JD looks terrific. He looks so in shape, and very handsome! My three girls (jdette's) are sure growing up. I'm missing it.

I was unable to load the pictures with the above link, but i saw the pic Andy posted of Vicky,Lee & i.

Michelle words fail me to describe how happy i was to see you all at tailgate Saturday. We tried to find you at the walk from Athletic St up to the entrance on Hester. We were among Stephanie (original football goddess),and mom Sarah and the Tatum clan. I was so disapointed not seeing you at the walk, i was convinced that something had happened and that you were unable to come for home coming.

I will never forget that big grin and hugs from Vicky and you Michelle and the pain and effort to make a memory come true. I think, reflecting back that i won't be able to make any trips back to my beloved OSU, my tank is empty and my energy source has self distructed.

But what wonderful memories i have in my remaining time here in God's country.

I am sorry that I missed seeing you and Vicky, Michelle. I had kept my eyes out for you. I know you wasn't able to stay long. Yesterday was such a wonderful day. I am so thankful that I have had the opportunity to be friends with so many great people. Billy, as always, it is such a pleasure seeing you and your lovely wife.

God bless you and your families.

Miichelle; I'm bumping this forward so that you read it. I crashed Sunday morning and spent the day in bed taking pain pills only to waken Monday and continue with more pain pills. My MD has told me that morphine will be next and that hospice will be notefied in the future.

I hope Vicky doesn't have any bad effects from making the home coming trip.

Forever your friend,
Billy

I read it my friend, and i had a long response all typed up, only to have my computer freeze up on me. I posted about you in one of the other threads telling how you were the reason we attended the tailgate, and how much i enjoyed seeing you. It was a highlight. My mom was thrilled to see you. She always thought you treated her so nice at tailgates.

Mom slept from saturday night at 8:30 pm until last night at 8 pm. It put us behind on all the meds, but i just let her sleep. It was a big day, but you know that. You've had several big days.

I want you to know that i'm thinking about you, each and every day. I also want you to know how much i value our friendship. We've had some good times huh? Remember them always! I wouldn't trade them for the world. You were one of the very first tailgaters i met at Vet's tailgates. You always made me smile, even when i felt nervous about being around people i didn't know.

You keep on keeping on my friend. .

I'll see you again, Billy.

Love ya
Forever your friend
Michelle
