We carved ye old "jack-o-lan-turd" (as my daughter said) and saved the seeds to toast. I saw some good ones online and didn't know if anyone had any ideas. We are going for the sweet side, not salty.
Best one I saw was with some butter, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon. I soaked the seeds overnight as most recipies I saw said that was best to do.
