I'll have to admit, if your eating healthy, most of my recipes will set you back. This is a great and easy recipe if you like corn

2 cans of yellow corn
2 tbls of sugar
1 package of bacon

In a skillet cook 5 or 6 strips of bacon-take out and dry on a paper towel. Leave the bacon grease in the skillet. Add your cans of corn and fry in the bacon grease. Add the sugar in the skillet and mix corn on medium heat in the bacon grease until corn is heated. Drain corn in strainer and put in serving bowl. Crunch the bacon over the top of it and mix.

Done. Enjoy

BTW, I love this new board. As an avid cook, I spend most of my time in the kitchen as opposed to my wife. I love it though. It's a great release and very fun. Ain't nothin better than enjoying a few cold beers and great conversation while cookin then having a great meal.

Alright, I have officially spent too much time on this board. Instead of talking OSU sports, I'm over here dishing out all my recipes.

2 garlic cloves-chopped finely
Fresh Thyme(Crest or Wal-Mart has it)- About one and half teaspoons chopped finely
3 to 4 tablespoons of sugar-depending on your taste-less sugar for a more vinegar taste
Red Cooking Wine
Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Sargentinos crumbled bleu cheese

In bowl- Mix chopped garlic,Thyme, sugar, cooking wine and balsamic vinegar. Mix well and let sit for about 30 minutes in fridge. After that stir in olive oil. It's important that you stir it in or it will sit on top of the mix, I use a whisk. Add the bleu cheese to your taste.

I use either hearts of romaine or red leaf lettuce or a mix of the two, which is ideal. Salt and pepper your lettuce after washed and in bowl. Toss a bit after you salt and pepper it and then add your dressing over the top. Toss well and your good to go.
