Oklahoma State freshman Martavius Adams did not practice with the team Tuesday in Stillwater or Wednesday morning in Oklahoma City in preparation for the All-College Classic.

OSU coach Sean Sutton said Adams had not been dismissed from the team as of Tuesday night, but said “His attitude’s not very good right now” and indicated that he did not want Adams to disrupt the team.

Adams did practice with the team on Monday.

The freshman from Georgia was suspended for Saturday’s game against Pittsburgh because of an incident in practice the previous day.

Time will tell if Adams is a bad apple or just a young kid who doesn't think the rules apply to him. At least Coach had the sense to keep him on a short leash and bench or suspend him, send him a message you don't live by the rules you won't be a Cowboy. That didn't happen last year and it ruined what looked to be a start to a great season. Bad apples spoil the barrel.

Hopefully Adams will get it together before they kick him of the team.
