Reportedly has torn his ACL and will be out for the season. That's a pretty big blow.

Man, that absolutely SUCKS. Our defense cannot catch a freaking break. Unbelievable....

Yeah, I'm not sure how that works. I'm sure we can apply but the way the NCAA rules on these things I don't hold out much hope. It just sucks.

you cannot have played in 3 games or more than 6 quarters... he should be eligible.

Thanks! This might be a blessing in disguise, for him, if he fully recovers and is able to receive the red shirt. He can study the game while he is recovering and come back with an even better understanding of the defense and the position.

We play Missouri State then have an off week so he has 3 weeks to heal before he is really needed. Myabe that will be enough time.
