It's National Enquirer stuff. For those interested here's a link (http://celebrity.rightpundits.com/?p=2795) on the Rielle Hunter, a.k.a. Lisa Druck, connection to John Edwards.

The only news that i trust to be reasonably fair and reasonably balanced is the BBC or NPR. Fox right wing, CNN and MSNBC lefty. But if you think that Fox is really fair and balanced... I just dont know what to say.

I think NPR is a joke. Or it used to be. I haven't listened in several years. I wonder if they have ever conducted a poll on their listeners? I'd guess it's 90% liberal. I think I know why....
I'll say this for CNN. At least they put Glenn Beck on the air in an attempt to provide some balance. Can't say they didn't see the problem and do something to try to fix it.
I've never heard a news story on Fox that didn't have the opposing view presented. Even the editorial shows duke it out between viewpoints. Hannity dukes it out with Colmes. Each side is given equal time, right down to rotating who goes first! Ever notice how O'Reilly has an expert guest to debate the view which he opposes? If you tried to convince me that Greta or Geraldo are hard-core conservatives, I'd have to disagree.

They spoke on the conservative radio about both of those topics, especially the Edwards stuff... I guess there goes his VP chances.
The radio was still trying to confirm the free concert, but was having trouble since nobody was reporting it... as you said.

200,000 with nothing to do, but to see the the Pope - I would buy that.
200,000 to see a free concert, eat dogs and get drunk - Well, I might buy twice that amount, but you would have to bring two of the members back from the dead then convince all four to play together again.
200,000 to sit and listen to a half-baked speech - I don't think so.

and for the 4th time IT IS NOT LEFT COAST JOURNALISM... it has NOTHING to do with the "left coast".
I simply wish that you'd get the terms correct; the far greatest percentage of the LEFT-WING journalists and media outlets are on the RIGHT COAST (i.e., NY, New england, Wash DC, etc.)
