Im having an issue with streaming video now.

If I try to watch something on youtube, or anything else (news, yahoo, etc..) the video always stops at about 30 seconds. It says buffering, but will sit there forever. I can reload, and it will get to the same point & stop.

It happens on the Desktop & Laptop as well. Could it have something to do with the router?

It's most likely your connection, the other day I tried to watch a video about the stadium at work and it would not load all the way, but I could watch it from home.

The only thing I can think of is to restart your modem/router. Other than that I don't know.

Kieth or anyone else wanna jump in here with ideas?

OK on a more serious note.......If you totally trust your source for the video then try disabling your security filter(s) for a few minutes and try it again.
Norton (if you are running it) will let you disable for 5 minutes, just click down on the security icon.

See if that helps

I called my provider & he ran some online diagnostics.

He told me everything was clean on their end, so I then called Belkin, to find out if it was my router.

And, yes, it was. It defaults with a firewall. We disabled it, and its all good now!
