View Full Version : Question-Recruit Lynn?
Any late word on Lynn and likelyhood of his commiting
before the start of school ( as during August)?
Reported in Neb. that he had dropped ou...
or is that their wishful thinking?

Wishful thinking.
He won't commit for sometime. To tell ya the truth bug, I'm hoping he waits till late season. We can pull him with a big season. 8-4 minimum, but 9-3 and beating the goons in front of him could seal the deal.

Nothing personal, but my @ss will be cremations long before that happens this year.

As I was saying before the damned "editing timer" reared it's ugly head:
I'm very Obamaesque about this issue; I can certainly tell you what you want to hear if this was the wrong answer.:food-smiley-004:

LOL!!
I think 9-3 is doable but not probable. I got us at 8-4 this year with a bowl win that would secure Gundy for a while. For some reason I think Lynn will high-tail it out of state, at least that's what I'm getting on my end. Again, 17year old kids are about as predictable as a crap shoot, so who knows.

The odds are known when shooting craps; recruiting 17 year-olds is a di$$erent $tory.

As I have recently found out... the better analogy would be teenagers are like slot machines....
Those suckers jack you for everything you are worth and just smile and wait for the next person... no realy shot to win.... at least with cards or craps you have a shot to win
Yes I do have some ill feelings toward the casinos after my trip to Wynstar this last weekend... :furious3:

We beat them in Norman in 2001, in '97, and in '95 (among other times) and will do so again in the future.
If Zach is healthy when we play them this year, we should be a very good team, a lot better than some of those earlier OSU teams that won in Norman. OU should also be very good, but we've beaten very good OU teams before.

Correct, and with the RIGHT attitude. 2002 was supposed to be the year they got revenge for 2001. Again, they had the higher regarded team, a team I would say was better than the one they'll field this year.
Concede NOTHING.

Possible recruit Lynn appears to have moved us down his list of preferences. Hope that isn't reality. He could be an integral part of the defense almost immediately. Perhaps he doesn't like being taken for granted? Go Pokes!!!!
Still think he is smart enough to know OSU is a better
fit for him and that he will get much quicker playing
time and MUCH better coaching.
Re-checked the Neb. account and they have Lynn
downing oU??
