Did OSU file any type of protest with the NCAA suspension of Oliver during the baseball regional? It probably caused OSU a shot at the CWS and possible championship. You would think there should be some legal recourse to prevent random suspensions without hard eveidence to a violation. With the current athletic administration as money minded as they are, it would seem a lawsuit for lost opportunities would make sense. Just a random thought while waiting for football.:o
