This is non-sports and may get moved, but it is very important!!!
The OSU School of Fire Protection and Safety wants to take advantage of Boone's match pledge and the State's match. We are raising funds for the Dale F. Janes Professorship. Three weeks ago, when I donated $1000, we were only at ~$80K of the required $250 K. Now, we are at $223K. But, the deadline on the State's match is Monday. We need Boone's match to make it $500K, then the State's to make it $1M. That's why I'm posting here - to ask for your help.
This was the first time I'd ever donated to anything (other than Posse) and I can't explain the feeling I got after clicking the "submit" button.

The Fire Protection and Safety Program has never pushed a fundraising campaign like this since the program was formed in 1936 and this is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. So, take $10, $50, $100 or whatever you can, out of your stimulus check and help our program reach its goal.
