Jags receiving corps... (http://mvn.com/nfl-jaguars/2008/06/26/jaguars-wide-receiving-corps-creates-potential-debacle/)

Relevant blurb:

"Woods, who spent last year on the Jaguars practice squad, is the leading candidate for Mr. Training Camp. This is another receiver that has the ability to make plays in practice. He has decent size, and he has enough speed to be a vertical threat. He also shows great adjustment ability when the ball is in the air. But, much like the former Mr. Training camp, Cortez Hankton, he tends to disappear in game situations. This may simply be due to the fact that he is still transitioning to the NFL game. Again, he appears to be a candidate for the practice squad. "

I'm glad he's hanging in there and working hard...hope his time comes soon!

Good for D'Juan.

I remember D'Juan being awful at adjusting for the ball while it was in the air. Rashaun, on the other hand was a master.

Saw on another thread that Rashaun got cut again. I'm guessing he just needs to concentrate on fishing....would he have any elegibility left for the OSU fishing team?

It amazes me to see a player as gifted as Rashaun struggling so much. It makes you wonder what went wrong. I know he was hurt, maybe the injuries just finally took their toll. As long a D'jaun stays on the roster he has a chance.
