Log out and then click the Home button. What time do you see at the bottom of the page that all guests initially see?

Yeah you're right.

I guess I've never been bored enough to check and see what time a guest sees on his screen. It didn't seem important.

Someone should fix this....stat.

With almost one year of having just guest status on the other Cowboy board (http://www.orangepower.com/), I may be one of the few here that has noticed that their clock for guests is running an hour fast.
