blecccccccck.
Ten turnovers in the first half? It's going to be a long year.

Seems like we always get comfortable with any type of lead. Some errant passes that could have probably been good assist had they not wanted to make the highlight reel with a cute little pass:mad:
This will be a big win for us and help our resume for the tourney as well as our RPI.

On another note, where the heck are all the people? Man, if I lived in Stillwater, my butt would be warming a seat in GIA. Back in my day 97-01, not only would all the students be there(also camping out to ensure prime seating) so would all the people who lived in Stillwater.
They are letting the team down, plain and simple. If you live there, GO TO THE GAME.

I suspect the drama queen weathermen didn't help the cause much.

Yeah, but honestly. I went to the TAMUCC game and really thought tonite would be better being on a Saturday and also a pretty big game. Maybe conference play will bring out the crazies.

13:55 left is way too early to go into "Jack A. Trey" mode.

The last 7 minutes without a score by ETSU.......NOW THAT IS COWBOY BASKETBALL !!!
Eaton needs to play every game like he played the 2nd half. He was smart with the ball, he played defense and he took those shots that they gave him and passed on those that he should have.

Not a single turnover for Eaton tonight! Only one assist, so there is room for improvement, but all in all a quality win over a good opponent.

When ETSU took the lead it finally got us fired up and playing some good ball. I hope we figure out how to play that type of ball for an entire game! Anderson is good...I hope we can keep him around. I love the way he catches a pass and is ready to take the shot, he's already squared up with the basket. His natural ability and talent is awesome. He also had some good coaching as a youngster, not all of that is natural.

We are so inconsistent right now. We have talent but have to get consitent play from Eaton, Harris, and Obi. Anderson is going to make mistakes because he's young and so is Nick but those 3 have to perform for us. Dove will be Dove.
I really think we are a year away from finally being back to Cowboy Basketball and the key to us sustaining it will be how long we can keep Anderson around. If he keeps playing like this then it won't be too long.

I'd take that kind of game out of Eaton every night.
Much, much better.
We showed some poise in crunch time.

well if i had the mmoney and i could live in stillwater and all i would at least lie to make it to 7 games or more. i think we are going to be much improved next year and anderson is looking more like the kind of player we neeed.
