Today's grilling project, aka fancy pork chops.:biggrin:

Brined 15ish hours (kosher salt, bay leaves, garlic, orange, peppercorns, ground thyme, molasses, and maple syrup[subbed Aunt J Lite Syrup since we don't stock maple here]. Applewood-smoked at 220-250 4+hours to 145 degrees (11+ lb. roast).

Totally awesome, said with little or no modesty.

That looks incredibly delicious!

I don't have a smoker, but sometimes I bake pork chops with a mixture of dijon mustard, garlic and sugar-free "maple" syrup. Goes really well with pork.
