Garmin GPS question

My brother has mentioned interest in a Garmin GPS handheld device....and he said he's seen one that will show weather on it, too. I've looked online and only seem to see ones with barometric altimeters. There is a Garmin program to add to your smartphone that will show weather maps, too. The phone isn't an option for us right now.

Do any of you know about a GPS device that will show weather info on it, other than on a cell phone? He's graduating from OSU in two weeks and my parents and I wanted to get it for him for a graduation presesnt.
