Problems with signature upload?

I'm trying to do my seasonal signature pic change, and the new picture is not uploading. It has uploaded on OP. Is there something I'm not doing that I should be with this?

I had trouble with this the other day, too. I just kept repeatedly attaching the photo and being told it failed, and then, suddenly, after 20 tries or so, it worked. I have no idea why. I also tried to load a new avatar pic, and never did succeed with that.
