In my book, the more rowdy students on the floor, the better for the team.

Band is just as rowdy as the students and unlike the students the past few years they're at every game. I think it's a bad idea.

I think it's to fill more seats in the lower bowl. They can move students down from the 300 section and give those to season ticket holders at a less expensive price than the 200 section price.

It's probably a wash. They moved the band into the student section in the 200 level so any seats it opened up were canceled by the seats that the band is now using that used to be student seating. Should be fun hauling the drums to the new area.
