So Tulsa World reports in blogs yesterday that it was rumored an OU Assistant coach was actually directly involved in the Tiny Gallon wire transfer and relationship with the Merrill Lynch broker. Today, OU mysteriously announces an assistant coach resigned.

Coincidence? I think not.

I predict they are throwing the assistant coach under the bus to CYA, but given that they are still on probation from Samsung, this could get fun to watch.

If they lose all three of TMG, Tiny and Willie, they won't be able to beat their women's team next year.

They couldn't beat them this year with all three! :action-smiley-033:

I dunno, but I know this: I am freaking sick and tired of them getting away with cheating the system year after year after decade after decade. It is seriously time for them to pay the piper.

After getting away with gas card, Big Red pay stub, Drive a Lexus for free, I don't put much faith in the NCAA to do anything significant.

As long as they don't lie about a non infraction they should be ok.

OSU did not get any penalties from that incident so it is not a fair comparison. Now if Tiny is still playing at UO next year then there is an argument but we are comparing what is going to happen to a university punishment wise vs a player punishment wise...

So, having your top 5 pick All American no one can stop him WR suspended for the year had no impact on OSU's season?

No not saying that it did not affect the team or program but that was not the intent just a consequence.

and the latest breaking and "shocking" news is that the Oklahoman was denied an open records request of Oronde Taliaferro's cell phone records because [quote] those documents are now part of "confidential litigation files and investigatory reports" [unquote]

And the Oklahoman also requested a list of the personal guests of Taliaferro, Tiny Gallon and Willie Warren who received tickets to home and away basketball games. OU also denied that request saying those records did not exist.

JoeC is going to earn his salary in the coming weeks......Ya think?

I'm not entirely sure I buy that.

We lost to Houston with Dez, so how many wins would he have given us really?
