OK, I know this is a classic, yet I've never done them. I did the other night and it was easy and so good.

I went to Crest and had the butcher thinly slice some top sirloin for me. Not deli thin, but I told him my plans and he cut me the right size. Got some french bread buns, green and red peppers, and onions. Got some fresh swiss cheese.

Marinated the meat with spices and a smiggin of Italian dressing in a big zip lock. Let rest at room temp flipping over ever so often. Marinated for about 45 minutes.

Two skillets, both lightly coated with extra virgin olive oil. Started my veggies first in one skillet until they were a a bit softened. Then put in the meat. Cook boht on medium heat until done. Added a few veggies in with the meat while it cooked. You don't want to do all of it in the same skillet as the tastes will marry together.

After cooked, take your french bread buns(these are a must as if you get a softer bread the sammy will get soggy and be a huge mess) Add your meat and veggies, top with swiss and throw in the oven at 400 until cheese is melted.

I served with a caesar salad.

A quick and easy meal and was great for the Thunder game.
