In hockey, they're more like our big brother...I think we've won 3 or 4 times against them in hockey and hadn't beaten them since 1960, so this was huge for us...

Canada's got a rough go of it for the rest, because they'll face Russia in the quarters (assuming they beat Germany in the next round, which they should with ease) and the loser is eliminated...

To demonstrate HOW huge this was...it would be like Canada bringing the Montreal Alouette's (2009 Grey Cup winner) to the Olympics and beating the NO Saints. That's EXACTLY how huge that was, and how the big brother/little brother comparison in hockey goes...

If you've never lived any amount of time in Canada, it's hard to appreciate how close to religion hockey is there.
