It wasn't pretty, but we will always take a win on the road in the Big 12. Like you said, we need to 'steal' a win from one of the next 4 games, be it Baylor, @UT, KU, or @TAMU. Let's just get it out of the way on Saturday against Baylor, eh?

Still going to need at least 1 more win and maybe 2 in B12 Tourney to get into NCAA. Mizzou beating UT will pretty much cement them in NCAA which makes us the #7 team at 7-9 if all things go without upset. As the B12 is by far the best RPI league and OSU has an RPI in 30s with a likely 20-win season, would be hard to exclude them... but still far from a sure thing.

If we upset BU or atm or UT and beat NU then at 8-8 I would say it would be a lock.

It was a must win last night. Glad Obi showed up. I thought James Anderson played timid last night. I know they were mugging him and doubling teaming him but he's got to figure out a way to score even if they seal him off from driving down the left. It looked like Keaton injured his groin when he tried to get through congestion on the baseline. Hope he is okay. We will need everyone on Saturday.

I say we just win all of our games we have left so we don't have to worry about it, Starting with BU.

I think Anderson got hurt when he hit the floor hard in the first half (after going up to the basket). Looking back he was hot up till then and after that he did not score again to the game was almost over.

Current Forecasts:

BYES
#1 KU (no loss) 16-0
#2 KSU (lose to KU) 12-4
#3 atm (lose to BU) 11-5
#4 UT (lose to atm) 10-6 (swept OSU)

If atm beats BU atm still #3 but BU #4

#5 BU (lose to OSU, UT) 10-6 - beat Mizzou
#6 Mizzou (lose to KU, KSU) 10-6
#7 OSU (lose to UT, KU, atm) 8-8
#8 CU (should beat ttek, ISU and Neb) 6-10
#9 ttek (not sure if they will win again but prob will at Neb) 5-11
#10 uo (not sure they will win again) 4-10
#11 ISU (beat NU) 3-13
#12 Neb (no wins) 1-15

This would make Bedlam in 1st round.

No way, IMO we do better or worse than #7; we seem to be locked. If we win 3 and Mizzou loses another to an awful Neb, CU or ISU, we tied and they beat us. UT has almost as rough a sched as us (@ ttek, OSU, @ atm, uo, @ BU). If we beat them and we tied at 9-7 they have better div record, so no matter. Unless UT loses em all we are #7. OR if we beat BU, as well at atm and UT beats them, we would both be 9-7 and we beat KSU. This is the only feasable scenario I see that would give us a diff seed (#6). If its a 3-way tie with Mizzou, interdiv tied 1st then Mizzou beat us so still #6.

There could be much jostling between 3-6. #6 is most likely Mizzou with UT as the 2nd most likely.

CU, ttek, uo all vying for 8-10. ttek goes to CU. I have a feeling ttek is tanking and CU is playing decent ball, so I think CU will move ahead. Dating back to when they beat Mizzou at home, uo is playing completely awful except for the UT win (to include almost losing at home to ISU). All there games left are against likely 1-6 seeds in the NCAA, so I don't see them doing anything. uo was swept by ttek and lost to CU, so any tie goes to the other teams.

Long and short, seems VERY likely Bedlam in round 1.

I predict:
(BU vs Neb) vs UT
(Mizzou vs ISU) vs atm
(OSU vs uo) vs KSU
(CU vs ttek) vs KU

Holy moley!!

I hope your "prediction" is wrong...

WOW; there are so many games left (for everybody)... I'll ask you for stock futures advice if you get this right!!

I'm real hesitant to predict anything for this OSU team, they're capable of being unbelievable and horrible .... all in the same game.

I've watched several B12 games lately and I cannot ever remember seeing the kind of banging going on out there on the floor. It looks like what used to be called the Big East games. Players coming into the B12 had better be ready to RUMBLE!! Is there a bad B12 team? They all look formidable to me and appear able to beat each other on a given night. Even Kansas looks vulnerable at times. Go Cowboys!!
