I noticed in the picture that Vetmed got a hair cut and shave. Must of not wanted to scare the baby. Last time I saw him at the round up I could barely recognize him.:D

Thanks everyone for everything. It's been an amazing first couple of days. We got our first digital camera a couple of weeks ago and if I can figure it out, I'll try and get some pics up by this weekend.

JD, I'm not for sure where we are registered at. I think maybe Babys R us and probably Wal-Mart.

The best thing is she is healthy and we are home!!!

Please find out for sure where you are registered, and i'll make note of it on the board. I'd like to send something orange that she doesn't ALREADY have. Yea, fat chance huh?

PS: I heard this morning on the Today show that parents of a newborn lose approx 700 hours of sleep the first year.

From someone that has already done it, have fun with that!

Hey everyone, sorry I didn't get any pictures posted over the weekend. But Amber had our computer serviced b/c it was getting pretty slow and the guy came and picked it up Friday night and brought it back this morning. So we're kind of behind on getting pictures emailed and posted. There are a few pics the hospital took and the are on the website www.our365.com password Sturgeon

Also, the reason we didn't register for anything orange is b/c my family already took over in that department (believe it or not).

Most importantly, mom and baby are both doing great. Granddad76 is proud as punch and so are all of the aunt's and uncle's. On a side note, Shane has always wanted to be a monkey's uncle, so he is officially being called Uncle Monkeyhead.

It's funny you say that. My sister-in-law began calling her husband Unkie Monkey almost as soon as my first daughter was born. It wasn't long and my daughter was saying it as well. I haven't heard it yet from my niece, but I am expecting it.
