I saw this on Oprah, but just saw it again on Rivals, and wanted to share it with someone here who might not have seen it.
Please watch it the entire way through.

Yes, tough to watch. The person i have loved the most in my life (besides my son) died from Pancreatic cancer. My nana, who raised me. She couldn't fight it. Three months from diagnosis to death. I HATE that cancer more than anything in this world.
He's so brave to make that video for his children.
It got my dad, too. Five weeks from diagnosis, for him.

It's tough on so many levels. Losing Dad just four weeks ago. My previous boss died of pancreatic cancer. Really hits close to home.
And I could have done without the last minute or so. I cry so easy anyway.

Good for you! I try to support it every year too.

Thanks for posting that, he made lots of really good points about life in general. I really liked the part about karma coming back to you.

He may not have said it word for word but I do believe people who take a positive look at life are healthier and happier people than those who don't.
And it's funny because someone came up to my wife and I at church and was talking about how she would rather be a tigger (full of life and happy) than a eyeore who is always depressed and has a hopeless look on life. I have no idea if she was referring to this guy's speech or it was just coincidence.

I looked for the full C-M lecture and found it on YouTube. It was incredible to hear him talk so highly of everyone else and not place any attention on himself. It was truly an inspirational, albeit sobering, presentation.
