Definitely one of the best series on TV right now. I think the WGA strike gave them some exposure they might not have gotten under normal circumstances. Kudos! It's well written, well acted and well produced. I can only hope more projects like this emerge in the future.

It stars the dad from Malcom in the Middle i believe. He is a brilliant chemist who is regulated to teaching high school chemistry for a living. He gets terminal lung cancer and goes into crisis mode. He has mounting bills, so he turns to cooking meth to make money. From there it all gets crazy and out of control. His brother-in-law is a DEA agent to top it all off. Can't really say too much more of what happens without giving away spoilers.

Cliff Notes:

Brilliant Chemist has terminal cancer.
Brilliant Chemist works at high school teaching chemistry so he is broke
Cooks meth to get money for his family after he dies
All hell breaks lose

Was it just me, or was that last episode not bad ass? I don't want to give too much away to those who might have Tivod the episode, but the ending is awesome!

It was. Every episode seems to balance between the cancer issues and the drug storyline without either one being too drawn out.
