The game of football is won in the trenches. Regardless of location home or away. We manned up Tech's O-line AND D-line and controlled the line of scrimmage. Tech schooled OU in the trenches today.
This is what I'm serious about. If Gundy doesn't figure out a way to beat the Goons when they are this down and out.....when it is for our first BCS Bowl Appearance....I will never forgive him (not that he cares much what I think).
Our Defense is better than Tech's. Our offense is servicable and adequate given our run game, and sufficient to win the game. OU's offense is terrible. Their Defense isn't the almighty world beaters we've been led to believe by the Goon media. OU has lost all 5 games to teams who were better than they were. They have beat not one single decent team. We are better than at least 3 of the teams that have beat them. Yes, they dominate at home. But this group has proven they like to go on the road, and snorman will not intimidate them.
I could care less where the game is played. We are the BETTER team right now, and not by just a little bit. We need to act like it, strut in there with confidence and kick the ever living dogshit out of them until they cry uncle.
And then we need to blitz the boards and the media with reminders of the injuries, losses of personnel and other distractions we had to endure or we would be MUCH better LOL
