Thanks, Cactus. I saw your post on Rivals--something about Riley being like 2 of 14 shooting or something crazy like that!?! Well, if nothing else, I guess it gives the other players reason to step up their game to compensate for Riley's struggles.

Riley finishes 6 of 21, but makes 9 free throws for 21 points. She had alot of turnovers though. She's been in a funk. Hope she breaks out at the goons on saturday.

Just got home from the game; Riley did have a rough night, but the team stepped up, especially Cordova- 13 points(sp). The real story of the game was that the referring crew was the same one as the K-State game, as did as bad of a job on this game if not worse. The made it close enough that Tejas was within 2 points in the last minute. Budke said it was grinding out a win on the post game show and that really describes it to a "T".

To let you know how bad the ref's were, before half time my buddies were wishing for Hightower because he would call a better game.But, it is a win so down to Norman and sweeping the she-mullets for the season.
