you and the rest of the crowd here do not know that I was very good friends (pre divorce) with Henry Wade's daughter. I had dinner with him once and he said "there was only one gunman" but in light of the new material he probably was telling the truth. His daughter had cleaned out his garage and found an ole yellow legal notepad he had written on during Ruby's trial. Written on it in pencil, "Ruby is lying, his armpits are sweating"

But why keep this locked up in a safe in the court house for 45 years? It could something with all the DA's after Wade were GOPs until now

I myself always have felt there was more to it. Another friends father who fought with Patton and he was an excellent marksman said there was no way to get that many rounds off from that type of rifle.

and for you who did not know, Henry Wade is the Wade in Roe vs Wade. He had never even met Roe, he was just the first DA in the state named followed by all of the others.
