That picture on the right looks like Gundy is hawking the IPF and trying to get Barry to pony up... either that our he's trying to wrangle some fancy cars for his coaching staff from Barry's new dealership.

They are Hynday's (sp?) not BMW's. Looks like he has the play book and asking "Do you remember when we us to just hand off the ball to you and you figure out how you wanted to score? Now I have to come up with all these plays designed for the RB to go a certain way so I can pull a guard to block for them.."
