Did you folks catch that TT/Neb. action yesterday. The little Red fans had a field day with their boos and cursing of their own players... How would you like to be a COMMIT to that kind of program??? Think I'd look around :orangeaid: :party-smiley-018::cowboy::wub:

They're probably even less enthused about playing in front of fans who think they screwed our coaches or are not a man of their word.

Now do see why it may be a good idea to just keep your mouth shut?

i figured the comments had something to do with the Spano fiasco, but wasn't sure if bleed was speaking of Spano getting screwed or the one as not a man of his word... And who should keep thier mouth shut... It's all good in my book, though - Spano & pa tried to play the hardball and smear play, and got what they deserved out of it. We got Chelf & Deaton.

Not saying I agree with it, but there were more than a few boo-birds at Boone Pickens Stadium yesterday during the second quarter when OSU decided not to go for it on a 4-and-2.

Just saying.

Is that the same 4 and 2 where we punted and then The Punisher got the pick 6 when Mizzou was backed up on their goal line and Gabbert overthrew yet another receiver?

I believe so.

I haven't had a chance to go back and rewatch the game on the ol' DVR, but it seems as if it would have been somewhere around the 9-minute mark of the second quarter.

If we're remembering correctly (and I think we are), that's the punt that set up that interception return.

Explain?

Is a GREAT class slipping away to a good class??

Also I think Chase Rome screwed our coaches from the get go. He just made a bad mistake ref. the school he selected! Plus the world now knows he is not a man of his word.

That sounds like booing the coaching decision, not the player. There's no reason or excuse for booing a player on either team short of some heinous behavior exclusive of football such as mooning the crowd. That probably only gets booed if it is an opposing player.
