I've gone to 5-6 of the men's Bedlam games in Norman. Every time, I've walked right up and bought their standing room only tickets. For men's they were around $20. They start selling those about an hour and a half before tipoff. I've heard that they're already sold out of reserved seats for the game, so I bet the SRO tickets are your best bet.
