Yes, badmouthing often is spiteful or unfair criticism, but not always.

Whether he is right or wrong in calling them racist, he sure doesn't like them.

This seems like a self made memorial to Murtha, but most regional airports operate at "break even" at best and require massive federal support to stay open.
