Have you noticed the complete silence on the OU LB Balogun deal by both OU and the Oklahoma media?
He was cleared to practice with the team pending a final ruling. He then sued the NCAA and his lawyer and OU came up with a dozen or so bogus affidavits proving he didn't play after he turned 21. Except all of the affidavits were of the nature of "we had really poor record keeping in that league back then (as if it were a decade ago)" He then dropped the lawsuit (supposedly because a deal was being worked out so he could play.)
Then he dropped off the face of the planet without a word.
I think its pretty clear he lied to OU, got caught in the lie in the end and when the solid facts came out they all (including the media) wanted it to go quietly under the rug to protect Big Game Boob, evidently so he could lose to BYU and everyone would forget about Balogun LOL
