It's hard for me to hate a school that caused so much despair down in Norman a few years ago so I kind of like both of these schools. :D

Can't say I was real impressed with Oregon's style of play last year...

Also doesn't surprise me to see one of their players throw a cheap punch at the end of the game.

Though I thought it was great how he knocked that cocky Boise State player on his ass after he ran up and hit him on the helmet and started talking trash after the game.

I liked both of these teams ok,considering how they both kicked Stoopie and their nation recently,BUT after our Holiday bowl,yes I lost some love for the ducks. Besides,just seeing Boise again,makes me smile and say Fiesta! With that,I was pulling for Boise St.

Boise better hope that the ducks pull it together and play like a contender from here on out though. They have no one else left on their schedule who is worth a damn at the moment.

Blount shouldn't have punched him and definitely shouldn't have totally wigged out after that, but the Boise State player isn't without fault here. What was he expecting to happen when he came up and hit the player on the helmet and shoulder and started talking crap?

The Boise State Player's Actions were "Unsportsmanlike".

Blounts Actions were "Assault and Battery".
Not to mention being an absolute cheap shot sucker punch.


To me, there is a big difference.

Yeah, it's one thing to jaw at another player. It's another thing to go ape sh!t on your teammates, coaches, police, fans, opposing team players, etc, etc, etc... This kid needs the BOOT!!!!!

I agree that there's a big difference, but the Boise State player here isn't without fault. If he hadn't acted like a little punk, he wouldn't have been punched. That's all I'm saying.
