University from Monroe to Washington will be open.
Hester Street from BPS to 6th St. will be open.
Knoblock from BPS to 6th will be open.

University Ave from Knoblock to Washington will be closed for 1st game.

Student Union Parking Garage exit on to University (rebuilt and modified) will be open. Parking garage WEST only.

It looked like they were still pouring concrete on campus corner. I didn't think it would be open for this first game.
